​Beth is from Watkinsville, GA and grew up enjoying outdoor recreation with family and friends. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia in natural resources recreation & tourism and is now pursuing a master's degree. Her research interests include greenway development, protected area management, as well as natural and cultural resource conservation. Beth is an avid tea drinker and also enjoys mountain biking and disc golf. She lives in Athens, GA with her husband, Matt.
